She paid for tickets to the match. The seller disappeared
In a conversation with the officers, a resident of the Leipzig district indicated that she found an advertisement for the sale of tickets for the Poland-Portugal match on one of the social networking sites.
“She contacted the seller and agreed on a price. She transferred nearly PLN 2,240 to his account. After making the payment, she did not receive the tickets, and the seller’s account was blocked,” emphasizes Asp. Monika Karasińska, press officer of the District Police Headquarters (KPP) in Leipzig, quoted in the release.
Due to the seller’s collapse, the woman will have to watch the Poland-Portugal match on TV.
How to protect yourself from online fraudsters?

She bought alcohol for the wedding. There was neither seller nor goods
During correspondence with the seller, she agreed on all the terms, including personal collection of the alcohol in a town almost 250 km away and an advance payment of PLN 3,500. zloty. After making the transfer, she went to the indicated address – near Szczecin. Neither the seller nor the ordered goods were on site. The 30-year-old tried unsuccessfully to contact the seller, and the case was reported to the police.
