She had her son Joseph immortalized Vendula Pizingerová. on instagram she placed his photo while swimming in the pool with the label Nirvana and the hashtag #josifeknas. She was referring to the famous cover of the album Nevermind by the music band Nirvana from 1991.
A child from Nirvana is judged for money
The original film from the Nirvana album had a curious finish. Spencer Elden, 30, who stood as a child model on the cover of the band’s second iconic album, now sues the band for child pornography and child sexual exploitation.
The lawsuit is filed against all members of the band Nirvana including the estate of the late singer Kurt Cobain and his widow Courtney Love. He also appoints the band’s artistic director Robert Fisher, producer Heather Parry, producer Guy Oseary (who partially manages Cobain’s estate with Courtney Love) and record companies responsible for distributing the record, including UMG, Warner Records and Geffen Records.
From hand demands $ 150,000 from each defendant together with an unspecified amount of damages. The lawsuit alleges that Nirvana “commercially sexually abused” Elden when he was four months old.
