Shashoua case settled with fine and deprivation of the right to drive | Radio Club Tenerife | Present

The Shashoua case has been definitively settled, which will have to respond with two fines – one imposed by the judicial authority and another related to the sanctions established in the internal disciplinary code of CD Tenerife – as well as the withdrawal of the driving license. The content of the sentence has transcended in the last hours and has been advanced by the SER this Wednesday.

In the sentence, handed down by the magistrate of the Court of Instruction Number 1 of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, María de los Ángeles Zabala Sanz, to which Radio Club Tenerife has had access, it is considered proven that the player was driving his vehicle around five o’clock fourth in the morning of October 12, a Volkswagen Polo in the compensation of Avenida Bravo Murillo after having ingested alcohol with the consequent “risk to the safety of traffic and the rest of the users of the road.”

After undergoing the alcohol detection control, they yielded a positive result of 0.71 milligrams of alcohol.
