Arguments between the KPK and the suspect Mardani Maming getting tapered. The two of them are mutually responsible for the investigation by Mardani Maming in the alleged corruption case in mining permits.
This started when the KPK scheduled the summons for Maming on Thursday (14/7) yesterday. Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri explained that Maming was summoned in connection with an alleged corruption crime (TPK).
“It’s true, today (Thursday, 14/7) the investigative team has scheduled the summoning of the party named as a suspect in the alleged TPK of granting mining business permits in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan,” said Acting KPK Spokesperson Ali Fikri to reporters, Thursday (14/14/2020). 7/2022).

“The examination was carried out at the Red and White KPK building,” he continued.
Ali said KPK investigators did not receive confirmation of attendance Mardani Maming. Ali appealed to Maming to cooperate with the first call.
“So far there is no further information regarding the presence of the suspect in question. We hope that the cooperative suspect will attend the first summons,” explained Ali.
The KPK also summoned two housewives as witnesses in the alleged corruption case (TPK) for mining business permits (IUP) in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan. However, both were reported to be absent.
“It’s true, last Wednesday (13/7) the investigation team scheduled to summon witnesses for alleged corruption in the granting of mining business permits in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan,” Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri told reporters, Thursday (14/7/2022).
“However, from the information we obtained, the two witnesses were not present without confirmation from the investigation team,” Ali continued.
The two witnesses were named Erwinda and Nur Fitriani Yoes Rachman. In fact, the two housewives will be examined at the KPK building, Red and White, Kuningan, South Jakarta.
Until now, the KPK is still collecting evidence related to the IUP case Mardani Maming. Previously, Mardani Maming filed a pretrial regarding the allegation.
“We reiterate, the pretrial application does not hinder the process of investigating this case,” said Ali.
“We are continuing to collect evidence,” he continued.
