Today, the 2022-2023 sports season for futsal will conclude with the final match of the President’s Cup, which will bring Sharjah together with Khorfakkan at 7:00 pm, in the sports hall of Ittihad Kalba Club.
The first-place winning team will receive a cash prize of 200,000 dirhams, in addition to gold medals and an expensive cup.
Sharjah is looking forward to winning the championship to combine the biggest championships of the season, which is the President’s Cup, in addition to the league championship, which it won earlier, while Khor Fakkan is looking forward to adding a new title in the current season after winning the Federation Cup.
Sharjah has never won the President’s Cup in past seasons, while Khorfakkan won the title in the 2012-2013 season.
Al Wasl team leads the number of times winning the championship by four times, before moving away from participating in the hall competitions.
Today’s match is led by an Emirati arbitration crew consisting of World Cup international Fahd Al Hosani, international Yasser Al Zaabi, international Nawaf Hassan, referee Mohammed Al Amiri and Hassan Al Balushi as time referee.
