The Sharjah Women’s Sports Club volleyball team is holding a training camp in Turkey, in preparation for the start of the new season league.
A delegation consisting of Anoud Al Muhairi, an administrator, Karim Bin Ayyad, a coach, Abeer Bin Dhafer, a therapist, and the players, Alia Nasser, Mona Abbas, Nadwa Waseem, Amina Mal Allah, Sheikha Al Muhairi, Latifa Al Kaabi, Asmaa Ahmed, Riam Hamid, Fatima Khaled, Fatima Thabet, Mahra Muhammad, and Rawaa, are participating in the camp. Makki, Nihal Abdelkader, Cherub Maldred, and Matija Majdik.
The camp includes various training units, focusing on raising the level of physical fitness and technical aspects, in addition to playing friendly matches with several Turkish teams.
Fatima Al Alili, Head of the Group Games Department at the Sharjah Women’s Sports Club, indicated that the camp constitutes the most important stages of the club’s volleyball team’s preparation for the new season league, praising the keenness of the club’s players to make the most of the camp, and the efforts of members of the technical, administrative and medical staff.
Fatima Al-Aleeli pointed out that the camp program includes the Sharjah Women’s Sports Club volleyball team playing 6 friendly matches against strong Turkish teams, and playing with them represents a good opportunity to raise the levels of the club’s players technically and physically.
