Sharjah, September 18 / WAM / The performance tests for the Sharjah vocalist will continue the day after tomorrow in Egypt to choose the most prominent voices that will represent their country in the 15th edition.
After successful qualifiers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman and Jordan for the most famous program produced by the Sharjah Channel affiliated with the Sharjah Broadcasting and Television Authority.
The Sharjah Vocalist Program called on talented Egyptians and residents to apply for performance tests hosted by the Higher Education Center on the island in the capital, Cairo, on September 20, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. These tests will be supervised by a jury consisting of vocalists Mahmoud Hilal and Osama Allam.
The performance tests in previous editions of Munshid al-Sharjah in Egypt were characterized by great turnout.
Egypt holds the title of the fourteenth edition, which was won by singer Yahya Nadi, who added the third title to his country after his compatriots Mahmoud Hilal, champion of the ninth edition, and Mohamed Tariq, champion of the 12th edition.
The qualifying stage is approaching its end, as performance tests will subsequently be held in Morocco and Sharjah on September 23, and at the same time the process of selecting the freshest voices continues through the program’s website.
