The Sharjah Sports Council has awarded integrated management system certificate holders, who represented 12 clubs in addition to 96 council and club employees and affiliates in the emirate, as part of the council’s plans to qualify and develop administrative cadres at board level and club employees in the emirate.
The ceremony was held in the hall of the Sharjah Education Council in the presence of Sheikh Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Mualla, Chairman of the Board of Sharjah Cultural Chess Club, Issa Hilal Al Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Board , board members, club board leaders, department heads, department heads and employees.
Issa Hilal Al-Hazami presented the certificates of honor to the honorees and started the ceremony with a short speech in which he congratulated all those who have been honored and underlined that the Council is eager to improve the administrative work and develop the cadres, and commended the efforts of the Board’s strategic planning and performance department and said that the development programs will continue under the slogan of comprehensive quality To prepare skilled and distinguished sports leaders in all fields.
Maryam Youssef Al Hosani, Director of the Strategic Planning and Performance Department of the Board, confirmed that 12 clubs have obtained certificates of management of the quality system, environment system, health and safety system, as well as 96 affiliates of the employees of the Board and the clubs of the emirate have received specialized courses before obtaining the certificate in the areas of management systems: quality, occupational health and safety management, environmental management, social responsibility and event sustainability, and the management plan includes other advanced courses to continue to improve the administrative result.
