Sharjah Police discusses the outcomes of the Customer Happiness Harvest for the year 2023

Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, chaired the annual meeting to discuss the outcomes of customer happiness harvest, organized by the Strategy and Performance Development Department represented by the Happiness Department, which was held in the Sustainability Hall, in the presence of Brigadier Ibrahim Musabah Al Ajel, Deputy Director General of Police Operations, and Brigadier Dr. Ali Ahmed Abu Al-Zawd, Deputy Director General of Central Operations, along with department directors and a number of specialized officers.
The meeting discussed the modern strategy for happiness at the Sharjah Police General Command, which is compatible with the strategy of the Ministry of Interior. The meeting also reviewed the local secret dealer project, the positive results achieved by command centers, the indicator of the percentage of use of digital channels, and the indicators of standard times for the customer visit management system, which the leadership achieved. Its desired objectives, in addition to presenting the results of the happiness centers and service centers for contractors, implemented by the Department of Statistics and Community Development, and displaying the results of the Customer Pulse System, which is followed up by the Prime Minister’s Office.
Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi stressed Sharjah Police’s keenness and interest in developing its services to customers and providing them with high efficiency in accordance with international best practices.
