SHARJAH, 10th August / WAM / Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority announced the completion of the modernization and development of electronic systems.
The authority said that customers can now benefit from the new services provided by the authority on the new systems. Customers can also download the completely new application of the authority, which was specially designed to make a quantum leap in the world of account management and benefit from innovative services and features.
She explained that customers can register in simple steps, which is to press the registration button, enter the account number and Emirates ID card, enter the required data in the registration form, and press “Register”, and the account will be activated.
She stated that through a simple and easy-to-use control panel, bills can be managed and dues can be paid through the automatic payment feature and multiple payment channels. The rate of electricity, water and gas consumption can be monitored in just one step and through simple graphs. The application includes instant notifications and alerts for accounts. It also features easy access to various Electronic services from requesting account closure to requesting gas delivery to requesting installments and many other services. It also provides the advantages of controlling all account details, logging in using the digital identity, the ability to pay dues to friends, and requesting a tariff change with ease.
