Three Eurelian groups were to perform yesterday afternoon at the L’Apostrophe media library in Chartres, during the third showcase organized in the auditorium: Alain Dossol, Valentine Lambert and Madame Blue. The first two were present but the third could not come. About thirty spectators were present to applaud them.
Alain Dossol is an artist from Chartres who remained discreet for a long time. It was, yesterday, his first concert “live”. The opportunity to present his first album entitled Love , released in March 2020.
“My credo is French song. I am a singer-songwriter, I have been making music for a long time, with lyrics songs, ”he said.
Titles tinged with rock, sometimes reggae or rockabilly. In his songs, Alain Dossol evokes the varied subjects that life offers him on a daily basis: the trucks on the RN 154, the employers, the climate and the environment, the homeless and migrants… But he also speaks of love and of melancholy. Yesterday, he invited three of his musicians and singers friends to join him during his performance.

Valentine Lambert is a singer from Chartres ( see our edition of yesterday ). She made the public travel in her folk universe with warm colors and intimate pen, from which escape the sensitivity of her suave voice and her delicate melodies.
Valentine Lambert navigates between folk, jazz, soul and pop. She just released an EP under the title Nomadic . His next concert will take place on Saturday January 15, at 8:30 p.m., at the Théâtre du Seuil, in Chartres.
