Legendary POGUES frontman, Shane MacGowan, has shared a peaceful message on social media, which has been praised by his fans. The Irish singer posted a video of himself in the back of a car, beaming with a smile, and asked the rhetorical question, “What’s so funny about peace, love, and understanding?”. 65-year-old Shane captioned the clip with “Peace and love, people!” which earned him words of admiration from his followers. Last December, Shane was hospitalized for emergency treatment after being diagnosed with viral encephalitis and needing treatment for shingles that spread to his eye as well. Fortunately, he has since recovered and expressed his gratitude to his fans for their support during his ordeal.
