Nevine, the granddaughter of the late artist Zaki Rostom, has lambasted the art stars for their absence from the late musician Mohamed Sultan’s funeral.
Nevine said during Muhammad Sultan’s funeral, live on “Masrawy”,: “No one has crossed it and no one has asked for information, not even by telephone. The house has been empty since Sunday, where Muhammad Tharwat and Hani Shaker are who are did he discover them?

The funeral prayer for the musician Muhammad Sultan, of the Omar Makram mosque, concluded shortly before his burial in the family tombs in the orchards.
The funeral was attended by Tariq, son of the late Muhammad Sultan, who could not hold back tears from crying in pain over his father’s separation.
The funeral was attended by several close relatives of the musician Mohamed Sultan and family.
Muhammad Sultan’s family wanted to wrap the “casket” with the flag of Egypt during the funeral.
Musician Mohamed Sultan died last Sunday, aged 85, after a battle with the disease.
Poet Fawzi Ibrahim has revealed the date and place of funeral prayers for the late musician Mohamed Sultan.
Fawzi announced the date via his Facebook account and wrote: “Tomorrow funeral prayer for the soul of musician Muhammad Sultan, after noon prayer at Omar Makram mosque.”
And he continued: “The date of the funeral has not yet been set, and will be announced tomorrow, God willing.”
Muhammad Sultan was born in Alexandria in 1937. He obtained a law degree, then devoted himself to acting, married the artist Faiza Ahmed and composed his most famous songs.
The late artist presented a group of major musical works, including: ‘Why, Donia’, ‘The Market’, ‘Al-Sharas’, ‘Whisper of the Slaves’, ‘Samara Al-Amir’, ‘A Prohibited Wife ”, “A Permit to Kill”, “The Dancer and the Politician”, “The Scorpion”, “The Children of the Eh”, “Oh dear we are all thieves”, “The Little Monsters”, “The Scandal of the Age ”, the friends of Satan, the good news, the tiger and the female, the age of love, the berries and the prophets, the permissible and the forbidden, the pursuer.
He has participated in a number of films, including: How sad are you, Love, A tutor, Jadaan Haretna, The seeker of love, The Zizi family, Without an appointment, The world of girls and A day without tomorrow.
