Composer Helmy Bakr has attacked the artist, Asala Nasri, after his statements on the full credit of Saudi Arabia for shaping his artistic career.
And he added, during a phone call to the “Hazrat Al-Citizen” program, broadcast on the “Al-Hadath Al-Youm” satellite channel, yesterday evening, Monday, that he had collaborated with Asala in many jobs, indicating that the Egyptian TV adopted it and presented many works through it.
And she continued, Asala has achieved success and her voice still fills the world, adding, “Our singers, when they speak, they lose a lot, and Ms. Umm Kulthum first said, ‘The microphone must be made for singing, so when we speak into it, we move from our value to success.
He stressed that the public has forgiven artists a lot, especially in the crisis of one of the artists who has made many mistakes recently, adding: “My son, when he makes a mistake, I punish him, but the neighbor’s son when he adopted him and my son he’s not wrong”.
He continued, “Asala resides in Cairo, and has Bahraini and Syrian nationality, and while in Syria, when the broadcaster introduced her as new and said ‘Syria is the birthplace,’ I replied to him :” If Syria was the birth, then Egypt is the breast, and the breast is much warmer than the birth.
Bakr concluded, “I blame Asala, there is no shame.”
The artist, Asala Nasri spoke about her concert, which she recently performed in the Riyadh season in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Asala posted the photos, through her Instagram account, and commented, “Words explain it..your love I have lived there all my life as a kind and loving homeland..the party I want to talk about is the party of my dreams in which it is a bit from my stations, and i discovered through it that we are you and i are more than family and more than owners.
And he added: “We are a mixture of each dear, and the roles are destroyed on us with every story with a song that we tell.. And the best thing is that we have no young and old, we collect energy and we all have an age .. I’m with the little ones, I see tomorrow with them and I draw it with the same enthusiasm.. and I’m with the adults, I help them forget every pain we’ve been through and we won’t get over it.. The night I want to talk about it is worth a lifetime.. Many people got tired.I will name a few.
As the ceremony began, Asala told his audience, “My meeting with you today includes all of my past life and all of my future life, and tonight is a new beginning. I thank my guardian country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and that’s a big responsibility, and I hope I always live up to it and thank the honour.”
