In a new interview with Billboard magazine, Colombian singer Shakira excited her fans about her upcoming world tour, which will include 20 countries around the world.
Shakira said that her world tours in 2024 will be of a lifetime and will include many new songs, and she hoped that ticket prices would be affordable for everyone.
The tour is expected to include more than 20 countries across Latin America, North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East.
In the interview, Shakira touched on her previous relationship with Gerard Pique, which lasted more than 11 years and ended last year, saying: “I thought he would stay by my side forever, and only death would separate us.”
She expressed her disappointment after the failure of the relationship in which she hoped to have eternal love like her parents, who devoted their lives to family first.
She continued: “This is what I wanted for myself and my children, but it did not happen.”
She explained that she was devoting her life to him and the family, so it was “very difficult” for her to focus on her artistic career while she was in Barcelona.
Shakira indicated that during that period she was unable to leave her children to work singing outside the home.
She said that after the separation, she was able to work freely and move easily between Miami, Los Angeles and other American states thanks to the support of those around her.
