Colombian singer Shakira announced on her social networks that due to the high demand for her concerts she is going to postpone the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour until May 2025.
The Barranquilla native indicated that on Monday she will announce the new dates of her concerts and that she plans to reach more stadiums and give more dates. “My production has grown so much, and the demand for tickets and more shows, that it has exceeded the most optimistic expectations,” he wrote.
After the announcement, the pages of the stadiums where the artist was going to play showed the concert dates as being cancelled. Among them are those in New York that were to take place on December 5 and 6 at Braclays Center in Brooklyn.
People who bought tickets will receive an automatic refund, according to the Braclays Centre.
“Shakira’s concerts scheduled for Thursday, December 5 and Friday, December 6 have been cancelled. The amount will be refunded to you automatically. For more information, contact your point of purchase”, reads the Braclays Center website.
