the ukrainian team Shakhtar Donetsk announced that it allocated $25 million to Ukrainian soldiers from the proceeds from the signing of the young Ukrainian soccer star, Mykhailo Mudryk to the British club Chelsea.
The club president, Rinat Ajmetovreported that a part of one billion euros from the signing of Mudryk will be allocated to the soldiers and their families.
“25 million dollars will be allocated to help our soldiers, their families and those who defend us. This aid will also be used for important expenses, such as health expenses and previous treatment,” announced the president of the Ukrainian club, Rinat Ajmetovit’s a statement.
Chelsea announced on Monday that the Ukraine-born 22-year-old left winger who plays for Shakhtar Donetsk has signed an 8 1/2-year contract.
Shown as one of the most important young talents in European football, Mudryk scored 10 goals in 18 games in his club career this season.
The winger, who made 8 appearances for the Ukrainian national team, has scored 3 goals and 2 assists in 6 Champions League games this season.
