On January 15, 2022, the victim pushes the door of the police station of the 20th arrondissement of Paris to tell his story. “For about three and a half months, she has been forced into prostitution on behalf of a trio of boys who threaten her and take all the earnings she makes from the passes she provides during the day,” says a source. close to the case.
This unemployed young woman, who lived in Great Britain, explains that she met a teenager on social networks during the year 2021. A good talker, this boy, at the time aged 17, convinces her to come to Paris. In October, Elizabeth arrives at the Gare du Nord (Paris Xe). She is taken to another man, aged 21, who hosts her in an apartment located near the town hall of Saint-Ouen (Seine-Saint-Denis).

The two pimps offer her to sell themselves as an escort and promise her a golden world where money would flow freely. They promise to advertise on websites to find customers. But they don’t. The complainant says that they threaten her and force her to hang around in sensitive housing estates in the Paris region to find customers in the street. “The passes took place daily in unsanitary conditions, in sordid places such as squats, garbage rooms or parking lots, assures a source familiar with the matter. During December, she was chased out of the accommodation where she was staying. A third suspect welcomes him to his home on avenue Victor-Hugo in Saint-Ouen. More organized, it advertises and rents hotel rooms in Val-de-Marne and Essonne. For several weeks, for passes at 80 or 100 euros, customers parade by appointment. The sex slave finally flees before telling her story to the police.
“Throughout this period, this young girl suffered from malnutrition and infections, linked to her activity carried out without receiving the necessary care. She was threatened when she considered stopping or even simply slowing down her prostitution, ”reveals this same source. Investigators from the Pimping Repression Brigade (BRP) of the Paris judicial police have opened an investigation. Their investigations on telephone logging show that the victim is often in the same place as her pimps when she prostitutes herself. The police also found a prostitution ad featuring her.

On April 25, 2023, the police carried out arrests at the homes of the three suspects in Saint-Ouen and Sarcelles (Val-d’Oise). Two of them denied outright.

This boy, a minor at the time of the events, will be tried on December 20 by the juvenile court. The other two will appear before the criminal court at the end of August.
