This Saturday
At 8 p.m, the most intense rains are observed between Languedoc, the Cévennes and Provence. In Nîmes-Garons (30), 60 mm of rain has just fallen between 1 and 8 p.m., or more than a month of rain! This is a daily monthly rainfall record. This is also the 2nd Mediterranean episode in a week to affect this sector.
At the La Souche station (07), the rain gauge has just exceeded the 600 mm mark for 2024 with 616.6 mm since January 1, including 300.2 mm in March and 123.4 mm for today. Although it is only March 9, it is the wettest month of March ever observed at the station.
