New stormy episode over Ille-et-Vilaine, Indre-et-Loire, Maine-et-Loire, Mayenne and Sarthe this afternoon and this evening announces Météo France which has just alerted Orange to these departments
“A very stormy situation in summer which requires particular vigilance given the risk of heavy accumulations of localized rain in a short time in these departments”say meteorologists.
In New Aquitaine, thunderstorms will occur during the day, their activity will generally be moderate, which no longer justifies special monitoring.
On Ille et Vilaine and the north of the Pays de Loire, this afternoon and in the evening, thunderstorms that are not very mobile will occur. They will be able to give locally 50 to 70mm of precipitation between 3 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
