After the storm, flooded streets, fallen trees, overflows and landslides were recorded in some of the main avenues of the capital.
Floods in several communities, flooded homes with water and mud, in addition to the falling treeswas the balance of a storm that affected -this Tuesday night- The Savior.
From the Green Cross it was reported that the University Boulevard and 39 Avenida Norte in San Salvador collapsed due to downpours.
Even so, the most serious situation occurred in the El Bosque colony, at the end of 16 North Avenue in this capital. At the scene, they registered overflows and dangerous landslides.
The inhabitants of El Bosque sought support from Civil protectionsince even some of their vehicles had been affected by the rising waters.

During the day there were also reports of fallen trees that obstructed traffic. At km 4 of the Troncal del Norte highway towards Apopa, relief teams moved to help in the evacuation.
Civil Protection also reported that several of its teams were dedicated to working on the removal of fallen trees in the Atlacatl neighborhood, on 5 de Noviembre Street.
The rains also left damage in one housing in the 6 de Mayo community, Diagonal UniversitariaSan Salvador, where a landslide filled one of the rooms with mud.

For its part, the mayor of San Salvador also reported that its brigades are working on the removal of fallen branches in the Belén community and in the Villa María Luisa condominiums.
In addition, another team from the municipality intervened sewers in front of the La Tiendona market which, after the downpours, were insufficient and generated floods. The same thing happened at the Welcome Home monument.
