Severe floods in China, travelers stuck in flooded subways

The heavy precipitation is caused by Hurricane In-Fa. According to the authorities, this type of rainfall only occurs once every 100 years in the country. It has been raining for three days now and in that time as much water has fallen as normally falls in an entire year. It will continue to rain for the next 24 hours.

Also outside Zhengzhou, in the rest of Henan province, many cities are experiencing nuisance. A dam has burst in Luoyang and soldiers warn that the structure could collapse at any moment.
