Accident on the Ring Road of Sunny Beach. Two cars collided head-on.

The accident happened at about 15:33 in the road section to the turnoff for Tankovo ​​(Burgas-Varna road).

A 53-year-old driver of a car with Burgas registration, living in the village of Izvorishte, was driving in the direction of Varna. While overtaking, he collided head-on with another car with Burgas registration, driven by a 72-year-old man from Veliki Preslav.

A 62-year-old motorcyclist from Nessebar, moving in the direction of Varna, was injured in the accident. The three drivers and two women were injured – a 63-year-old from the Targovishte village of Lovets and a 65-year-old from the Stara Zagora village of Alexandrovo.

All five were taken to UMHAT Burgas for medical assistance and clarification of the injuries. The road section is closed for inspection. The traffic passes on a bypass route.
