Several Manchester City players visit the WWE Performance Center

WWE is a global company and has grown even more since Endeavor merged it with UFC. It attracts attention from a wide range of sports. While the WWE Universe is dedicated to professional wrestling and follows the company’s activities closely, they are also well aware of the immense popularity of the Manchester City football team.

As part of their collaboration, Several Manchester City football players visited the WWE Performance Center yesterdayThis partnership began when WWE teamed up with Manchester City to release a series of exclusive jerseys for Pep Guardiola’s team’s American tour, highlighting the connection between the two organizations.

The collaboration continued with several Manchester City players visiting the WWE Performance Center, where they participated in training sessions at the facility and in the ring with various NXT talents.

Five City players, including England international Kalvin Phillips and Rico Lewis, trained with NXT trainer Robbie Brookside and referee Chip Danning. NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez, North American Champion Oba Femi, Trick Williams, Thea Hail and Stevie Turner were also in attendance as special guests.

With one game left to finish the tour, Manchester City have not won any of the three games they have played on American soil. They lost 4-3 to Celtic Glasgow, 3-2 to Milan and after drawing 2-2 with Barcelona they lost 4-1 on penalties. Their last game of the tour will be tomorrow against Chelsea.
