According to authorities, a Hyundai Elantra with a man and 3 minors from Maryland incorrectly changed lanes and struck a garbage truck, causing it to overturn and spill the entire load of debris onto State Road 417. The driver of the truck was taken to hospital and the other 4 people suffered minor injuries. Some lanes were closed for hours while they cleaned up.
