NEW YORK — About six people, including firefighters, were injured during a two-alarm fire Wednesday afternoon at a Bronx residence, the New York City Fire Department announced.
According to the authorities’ report, the incident occurred at around 4.30 pm in a two-story private house located in the 746 from via Manida where you could see the flames from our Telemundo 47 helicopter.
In total, approximately 106 FDNY members arrived at the scene and the incident was investigated at around 6:00 p.m.
A total of six people sustained minor injuries, including four firefighters. They were all taken care of on site.
No further details have been released about the cause of the fire and the number of residents living on the property.
The case is under investigation.
