An 18-year-old man wearing a bulletproof vest started firing a rifle inside a supermarket.
The 18-year-old has not yet been identified, but has been arrested and is in custody with the police. The man must have acted on his own.
Eight deaths were initially reported, but the death toll has risen to ten.
Three injured have also been reported, writes the news agency Reuters.
