Several bus routes are being changed in Riga due to an unsafe traffic overpass

Route 55 bus in the direction of Abrenes Street will run along the route to Tēriņu Street, further along Tēriņu Street, Robežu Street, O. Vācieša Street, Kārļa Ulmaņa Street, Liepājas Street, Mārupes Street and further along the route. Route 55 bus will not stop at the stops “Ārlavas iela” (Tēriņu street) and “Saules aleja” (Mārupes street), but will stop on the bypass road at the temporary stops “Ārlavas iela” (on Robežu iela) and “Paula Stradiņa hospital” (Liepājas street). In the direction of Jaunmārupi, it will run along the route up to Mārupes iela, further along Mārupes iela, Liepājas iela, Kārļas Ulmaņas gatvi, Ojāras Vācieša iela, Kantora iela and further along the route.

On the other hand, bus route 56 in the direction of Daugavgrīva will run along the route to Tēriņu Street, further along Tēriņu Street, Robežu Street, O.Vācieša Street, Kārļa Ulmaņa Street, Liepājas Street, Mārupes Street, and further along the route. Route 56 bus will not stop at the stops “Ārlavas iela” (Tēriņu street) and “Saules aleja” (Mārupes street), but will stop on the bypass road at the temporary stops “Ārlavas iela” (on Robežu iela) and “Paula Stradiņa hospital” (Liepājas street). In the direction of Ziepniekalna, this bus will run along the route up to Mārupes iela, further along Mārupes iela, Liepājas iela, Kārļa Ulmaņa gatvi, Ojāra Vācieša iela, Asītes iela, Tēriņu iela and further along the route.
