Seven injured during Russian rocket attack on Dnipro

Seven people were injured.

On the night of Thursday, August 24, at Dnipro during the air raid, powerful explosions occurred. The Russian occupation army hit the city with rockets.

About it informed head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional military administration Serhiy Lysak.

According to him, one rocket was shot down by defenders from the Vostok Air Command. However, there were hits in the city.

“A transport facility was damaged. Seven people were injured: three men and four women, from 32 to 55 years old. Most of them had lacerations and shrapnel wounds. Six were hospitalized in a state of moderate severity,” the chairman of the OVA said.

As a result of the attack, about a dozen objects were damaged, including a bank, a gas station, a hotel, an agricultural company, furniture production, an administrative building, 15 kiosks and two residential buildings, three buses and several cars, a contact trolleybus network, water and gas pipelines.

Lysak also notes that more detailed information about the destruction is still being specified.

As reported, Explosions were heard in the Dnieper during an alarm. The air force reported on the work of air defense. Before that, the military warned of a missile threat in the eastern and southeastern regions of Ukraine.
