Seur Logistics, the company’s business area dedicated to offering a comprehensive logistics and transportation solution, launches its new center in Illescas that will allow the company to expand its storage capacity by 40% and improve the efficiency of its operations from Madrid. The center, promoted by Goodman for Seur Logistics, It has 37,000 m2 and represents the unification of the company’s operations that are currently carried out from its logistics centers in Getafe and Alcalá de Henares
This new 37,000m2 center, promoted by Goodman for Seur, is located in Illescas, specifically in the first eco-industrial park, La Veredilla II, thus demonstrating Seur’s commitment to the environment. These facilities have the certificate of sustainability in construction Breeam Very Good, clean photovoltaic energy, a fire-fighting system with its own cistern, as well as natural light or, failing that, artificial lighting through lights led, elements in line with the company’s environmental and sustainability policy.
Seur has also wanted to offer maximum security to its customers, for this reason the new warehouse will have the ‘Tapa’ certification that certifies the maximum security of the facilities. It is an independent warehouse with perimeter fencing, with access control through facial recognition, a license plate reading system, a closed circuit TV, video analytics, surprising lighting and deterrent audio.
Beyond the sustainable features and the high security certificate, this new Seur center in Illescas is also one of the most innovative with which the company has.
