SETRAG working to restore traffic

Libreville, Thursday November 2, 2023 (Infos Gabon) – Teams from the Société d’exploitation du Transgabonais are mobilized to rehabilitate nearly 200m of railway track damaged following an accident.

Traffic is temporarily suspended on the railway line linking Lastourville and Milole. A terrain accident that occurred in the early hours of Wednesday at PK 455+100 damaged nearly 200m of rails and 17 wagons. A press release from the Société d’exploitation du Transgabonais (SETRAG) indicates that following this accident, teams were mobilized to restore traffic as quickly as possible.
