Seth, the mythical character from Red Dead Redemption, was eliminated from Red Dead Online

One of Red Dead Redemption’s most remembered characters, Seth, might have been in Red Dead Online, but for some reason, he was removed from the game.

Red Dead Redemption fans won’t have forgotten Seth, one of the most important characters in the plot of the first Rockstar game and one of those who left the most mark thanks to his mental problems, his picaresque and his particular appearance. The grave robber and treasure hunter was always one of the hallmarks of the Wild West title.

In Red Dead Redemption 2Being a sequel, we all dreamed of seeing Seth before his life fell apart, but we were left with the desire. However, it seems that Rockstar had plans for the character, at least in one of its modes.

Red Dead Online would have counted Seth as an NPC out of the multiplayer world, but for some reason, the developer removed it at the last minute. This has been learned from the recent discovery of a data mining.

These are the PlayStation 4 controllers that triumph on Amazon, including several versions of the DualShock and some licensed models.

VideoTech reported through Twitter that it had found Seth in the game files and that this information had been since the launch of Red Dead Online, something extremely surprising. The character had 47 lines of dialogue and a specific mission. The dataminer commented:

When looking on OpenIV, Seth was introduced to Red Dead Online with ‘mp001’. It was the first DLC pack when Red Dead Online initially launched in 2018. Seth has most likely been removed from Red Dead Online.

We remember that Seth also had a prominent role in Undead Nightmare, the RDR DLC. Will we see something related to this character on Halloween? And it is that, Red Dead Online could receive a Halloween-themed update.
