Adjust allows you to record and measure your users’ subscriptions in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. On this page you will find instructions on how to set up a subscription to your app in Adjust.
Here’s what you need to know before creating a deep link:

Requirements
- Administrator, editor or custom editor rights in Adjust.
- Apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- iOS or Google Play Store apps in AppView with connected platforms.
To integrate subscription functionality into your app, you must have the minimum required SDK version installed and complete all integration steps required to record purchase events.
To activate your subscription in Adjust, you first need to set up the app.
iOS app
Please follow the steps below to set up the iOS app.

Google Play Android 앱
To set up the Google Play Android app, please follow these steps:

Now activate your subscription for the app.

Select the account you wish to connect to the platform. If you are using an older version of your subscription with Adjust, please update your credentials in this step.

iOS app – In Apple App store Connect (iOS only), select the App store Connect account you added to Adjust. Connection Management By selecting DataWorks > Connections at subscribe You can check the App Store Connect account you added for the service.
- You must use the same App Store Connect account credentials for all apps in your App Store Connect account as you do for Adjust.

Android app – In the Google Play Store credentials, select the Google service account you added to Adjust. Connection Management By selecting DataWorks > Connections at subscribe You can check the Google service account you added for the service.

To check your subscription settings, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you’ve turned on store notifications in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Make sure you have the correct account connected to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For multiplatform apps, you must add both sets of credentials.
- Make sure your app has correctly implemented the Adjust SDK.
- Set the SDK environment to sandbox, Test that subscriptions are recorded correctly.
- In Datascape Sandbox environment Select filters and set up a report with relevant subscription events and metrics.
- There may be a delay of approximately 20 minutes before data appears in Datascape. If you set up a server callback for your subscription, you can immediately receive data into your BI system.
Once you see subscription data in your reports, change the SDK environment to production. Please make sure your app works in production mode.
