The gold chain won’t come home that way without Widerøe, the airline writes in a press release.
When Brann goes to Molde in the last round of the series, the airline will be setting up extra planes.
– The battle for the top spot is raging, and the gold is shining in the distance. With a win over Odd this weekend, many islanders are generally after the series’ golden sprint ahead of this season. Widerøe will celebrate the sport and set up an extra round trip for the away match between Molde FK and SK Brann on November 23, they write in the press release.
The flights to Molde that Saturday are already sold out. So Widerøe saw the need for more time on the timetable.
Getting home in the evening
The new rounds are as follows:
Departure (WF510) from Bergen at 13:50 – arrival in Molde at 14:40
Departure (WF511) from Molde at 21:00 – arrival in Bergen at 21:55
This means that the supporters will have the opportunity to get home on Saturday afternoon and hopefully continue with the celebration of the victory in the city of Bergen.
– So much fun that Widerøe pulls itself together and sets up extra flights to Molde! For us at Brann, the support of our amazing sponsors means everything in the exciting final sprint. Then it’s great fun that even more of the people from Bergen will have the opportunity to travel to Molde to support the team, and the red color of the city, Brann’s commercial manager Therese Rygg told the company.
– As a citizen of Bergen, it makes me happy that in Widerøe we can contribute to being able to “create a chef” in Molde even more people with red covers before and during the game. Brann is known for its supporters, and it’s great that, through our extra flight, we can add even more atmosphere at Aker Stadion when Brann meets Molde, says Glenn Wange, new marketing manager in Widerøe and very native Bergen.
– What a great battle this looks like. Both on the pitch and in the stands, he finishes.
