The appeal is aimed at all people born before 2009 (included) with a health card in Asturias and who have not received any dose. They must present their ID and, if they are minors, be accompanied by their guardian or legal representative.
Two mobile units join the already known vaccination points in the 8 health areas, VACUmobiles, in strategic points of Oviedo and Gijón to facilitate the accessibility of more population. In the case of Oviedo, the mobile vaccination point will be in the vicinity of the Campoamor Theater (Plaza del Carbayón) and in Gijón, in the Plaza Mayor. In both cases, the opening hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
EPIDEMIOLOGICAL SITUATION
The Ministry of Health has confirmed this Wednesday 54 new cases of coronavirus detected yesterday. There were 10 admissions to the plant and none to the ICU. A total of 50 people remain admitted and another 21 are currently admitted to the Intensive Care Units of the region, whose occupation rate due to the virus rises to 7.05%.
This Tuesday there was the death of a 54-year-old man due to the pandemic.
The positivity rate was 3.81% after 2,205 screening tests.
NO ADVICE AT EXTREME RISK
