Employees in the school office part-time (5.0 – 19.5 hours/week)

The city of Duisburg – Office for School Education – as the school authority provides, among other things, the necessary staff in the school secretariats. There are currently around 190 employees working in 128 school secretariats of all types of schools.

Your main tasks

  • Coordination and performance of school secretarial tasks
  • the maintenance of student data in SchiLD NRW as well as the creation of school certificates, student ID cards, etc.
  • providing initial care to sick and injured students as well as notifying parents
  • Archiving activities
  • Participation in the school selection process
  • Budget and procurement
  • School budget management
  • Compulsory school monitoring

Your professional skills

  • a completed at least 3 years of commercial vocational training or
  • Notary or lawyer or social security employee or employee
  • and at least 2 years of useful professional experience after acquiring the above qualification
  • Applicants born after 1970 must provide evidence of adequate measles protection or measles immunity in accordance with the Infection Protection Act
