On social networks, the firefighters of Deux-Sèvres announced this morning the Death of Colonel Pascal Moine, departmental director of the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service of Deux-Sèvres (SDIS 79). Arrived at the beginning of 2022, he died following a paramotor accident in Saint-Rémy near Niort.
