More cases of monkeypox have been reported in the UK this week, and the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) now says 190 people in the country have contracted it.
183 have been to England, four to Scotland, two to Northern Ireland and one to Wales.
While the overall risk to the population remains low, the UKHSA says it’s important that people stay on top of the guidelines and know what to look for.
But after years of coronavirus measures telling people to keep social distancing and stay at home, the latest monkey pox guideline comes as a rather drastic contrast.

The latest guidelines on monkey pox say that anyone showing symptoms should not have sex.
The directive also says that anyone who is infected must ensure that they use a condom for eight weeks.
Anyone confirmed to have the disease is urged to abstain from sex until all symptoms have resolved.
While there is no confirming evidence that monkeypox is likely to spread through sexual fluids, people are advised to continue using condoms for the full two months.
More similar to Covid-19, the four health authorities of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have agreed on the need for people who have tested positive for the disease to stay at home and isolate for 21 days.
They should stay at home and away from others until all symptoms are gone and the scabs have fallen off.
People who have been confirmed to have the disease and their close contacts have been asked to take extra care when leaving home to see their doctor.

The UKHSA has said people should be on the lookout for new rashes or lesions.
According to the CDC, the virus starts with the following:
Fever Headache Muscle pain Back pain Swollen lymph nodes Chills Exhaustion
Within one to three days, patients develop a rash, often on the face, which then spreads to other parts of the body.
Breakouts on the skin then go through the following stages before finally falling off:
