It was a little after 6 p.m. when a microlight crashed in a garden in Vignoles, near Beaune (Côte-d’Or), this Thursday, October 5. The body of a man was found a few meters from the crash, and a woman, seriously injured, was taken to hospital in absolute emergency, indicates France Blue Burgundy.
A victim airlifted, shocked witnesses
Faced with the violence of the shock, a 58-year-old man was ejected from the plane. According to our colleagues, his body was found in a hedge, located about thirty meters from the crash.
A woman was also found at the scene of the accident. The victim, aged 53, was taken care of by the SMUR of Côte-d’Or, before being airlifted in absolute emergency to the Dijon University Hospital.
Two people witnessed the scene. Shocked, they were taken care of by the firefighters. Their condition did not require hospitalization. The causes of the accident, which occurred on rue du Colombier, are not yet known.
