A road in Greenville, Orange County, witnessed a violent car accident. A total of 9 people were injured, including 4 children under 10 years old.
According to the New York Police, the incident occurred around 10:00 p.m. on Monday.
A Kia car collided with an Audi S4, causing injuries to the adults and children. However, several heavy-duty trucks later became involved, which made the situation worse.
Among the victims, two have serious injuries and the other seven are in stable condition.
The causes of the accident remain under investigation, although authorities estimate that dense fog may have been one of the main factors, reducing visibility on the road.
