Serious allegations have been made against the comedian Russell Brand (48) for a few days. Between 2006 and 2013 he is said to have raped and emotionally abused several women. At the time he was primarily active as a radio presenter and actor. Katy Perry’s ex (38) has already spoken out about the allegations and said that his relationships at the time were all consensual. Russell’s alleged victims tell in a film how they perceived the whole thing.
In the film called “Russell Brand: In Plain Sight”, which was shown on TV on Saturday evening, five women, all of whom want to remain anonymous, describe what is said to have happened to them years ago. Among other things, Russell forced himself on them naked. “I was still fully dressed and he had already completely undressed […]” is just one of the statements that was presented in even more detail in the film.
Another woman said: “I told him to get off me, but he didn’t. He pushed me against the wall […].” One of the alleged victims claims she has never spoken publicly about the incident because the actor seems “untouchable.”
