Serious accident on the A1 at the Beekbergen junction | Apeldoorn

There were two people in the car that overturned. In the other car only the driver. The victims were able to get out of the car on their own, but had to be rushed to the hospital.

The accident took place near the Beekbergen junction, in the direction of Twello and Deventer. It is still unclear how the accident could have happened. The incident has resulted in a traffic jam. This part of the A1 was just used as a diversion route, because another highway is closed due to construction work. Due to the cleaning up of the debris and the police investigation, the lanes will be closed until later in the evening.
