Six people with injured at a serious accident between Velingrad and Rakitovo. There was a passenger in one car a family of three from Pazardzhikand in the other they traveled three people – two from Velingrad and one from Dorkovo. All six are in hospital.

It was necessary teams of the regional Fire Safety and Population Protection Office in Velingrad to use cutting tools to remove the victims from the cars.
At this stage it is not clear what their condition is. One of the versions is improper overtaking. All the injured were transported to a hospital in Velingrad, and two of them are in serious condition. Traffic is regulated by Traffic Police teams.
