A serious accident hinders traffic on the eastern bypass of Plovdiv. Two cars collided head-on in the section between the village of Vojvodinovo and the regional town. The signal was received after 2:40 p.m., reported the press center of the regional directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to preliminary information, the driver of one of the cars was killed. Police teams, emergency services and firefighters with specialized equipment have been dispatched to the scene.
Vehicles are being diverted along detour routes.
