Firmware can be interpreted as a rigid device or an integrated device. Or more clearly, this type of software refers to the part of the system that performs various routine processes that are stored in ROM (Read Only Memory).

Previously, Samsung’s first folding phone, the Galaxy Fold, also experienced problems with the screen. The difference, the physical screen of the cellphone was cracked after being used for several days.

On April 18, 2019, complaints came from Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman through his personal Twitter account @markgurman. He wrote down the problem encountered while reviewing the folding screen phone.

“The screen on my Galaxy Fold review unit is completely broken and cannot be used in just two days. It’s hard to know whether this is widespread or not,” Gurman said.

At that time, it did not take long for Samsung to open the sound related to the complaint. The company said it had conducted a thorough inspection of the Galaxy Fold cellphone units used for product review purposes.

“A number of Galaxy Fold samples we provide for the media as a review, we have received several reports regarding the main display on the samples provided. We will thoroughly examine these units to determine the cause,” said Samsung.

Turning to the greenish screen problem, in general this problem occurs when the screen has low brightness. Thus, the problem is claimed to not always reduce user inconvenience.

A few months ago, there were also reports that Samsung phones in China did not turn on. Some other Samsung phones have problems with constant restart and black screen. Smartphones are vulnerable to attack and can be in any form.

Through their official website, Samsung shares a number of tips if there are users who experience problems such as suddenly the device screen goes black.

First, check the device, charger, and USB cable. Make sure all three components are not physically damaged.

Then check the Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI) on the battery and its compartments. LDI must be solid white.

Second, remove the battery if the cellphone is still adopting a battery bar or can be removed. If we are one of these users, remove the battery for 60 seconds and then reinsert it.

If the cell phone battery is implanted, press and hold the Power and Volume buttons for 30 seconds.

Third, recharge the cell phone battery for at least one hour. The charging indicator will take up to 10 minutes to appear on the phone screen.

And finally, you must restart the cellphone.
