The limit will be two coaches – the third may be a professional who has been with the club for at least six months. In addition, a coach can only resign once if he wants to train another team during the competition.
Marcelo Chamusca, Botafogo coach, said at a news conference he agreed with the idea.
– It is a very interesting mechanism, I even think that the CBF should extend it to Serie B as well, which has the same regulation as Serie A. I don’t know why it will be done only in Serie A. As we have with athletes, it should be used some time ago. It gives a little more stability and working time for the coaches – said Chamusca.
