For him there are 13 convictions spread across various courts in Italy for harassment, all against female lawyers, plus other pending situations, such as the one that arrived yesterday before the single judge of the Pesaro court.
The accusation
But this time the alleged crime is not that of harassment, but that of stalking because the girl, scared and pressured, changed her lifestyle habits to escape the young man’s advances. It will be up to the lawyer Giuseppe Croce, appointed ex officio, to try to defend the 32 year old Roman. The trial has been adjourned, in the next hearings the witnesses will be heard before reaching a sentence.
