According to local newspapers, Ramos preferred to return to Seville instead of accepting a better financial offer that had been made by Al-Ittihad Jeddah, the Saudi League champion, last season.
For its part, the Andalusian club announced that Ramos signed a one-year contract after passing a routine medical examination.
In addition, Ramos left Seville at the age of 19 to join Real Madrid in exchange for a record deal for a Spanish defender. In 2021, Ramos signed with Paris Saint-Germain, but he has been without a club since his contract with the French champion expired last June.
