Sergio Aguero’s move to FC Barcelona has not yet become a success story.
The Argentinian, who came over on a free transfer from Manchester City, was only just fit after injuries, but left the field against Alaves on Saturday with breathing problems.
FC Barcelona has been sparse with commentary in recent days and hours and tonight’s medical bulletin doesn’t reveal too many secrets either.
The club confirms that the goal-getter was examined by heart specialist Josep Brugada.
“He is not eligible for a place in the squad,” Barca wrote.
The effectiveness of the treatment will be investigated in the next 3 months and then there should be more clarity about the recovery process.
