Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko also attended the forum.
After the meetings, Lavrov pointed out to the media that Western countries are stuck in irreparable confidence and are obsessed with maintaining their hegemony on the international stage. According to him, the Western countries, in an attempt to perpetuate the rules established by them, are undermining international law.
